The power of words is brilliantly demonstrated in this quick, one minute and forty eight second, video. It’s such a great reminder that we can move into much better relationship with our children when we’re mindful of the fact that our words reflect our focus.
Today I thought it would be fun to share a couple of ‘tests’ to see if you are left-brained, or right-brained. Heck, share these with the whole family and see who falls on which side…. the more rational left-brained or the more creative right-brained.
Today I was hanging out for a couple of hours with the grandson. One of the things I LOVE about hanging out with kids is they remind me what play is all about… how spontaneous and joy-filled life can be if we are willing to lighten up and shift our attention from those 0h-so-pressing grownup things going on in our life.
